EMTIVAC Engineering has many years experience with the design & manufacture of Multi Phase Extraction Systems, Soil Vapour Extraction Systems and Sparging Blowers suitable for Hazardous areas. We are also specialists in the design & manufacture of vacuum pre separators (Knock Out Pots) and Extraction pump equipment.
The vacuum source is usually a liquid ring vacuum pump but can also be a claw type blower or other vacuum pump, Pompetravaini Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps are ATEX approved for suction of vapours classified as Class I Zone 0 internal and do not require flame arrestors due to the inherently safe low temperature mode of compression.
EMTIVAC Multi Phase Extraction Systems are supplied complete with all electrics suitable for the hazardous area and can be fitted with modems for SMS alerts. Systems can be skid mounted or containerized with acoustic enclosures.
